    Hi
I'm from Indonesia. I use Zidoo X9 since 1 week ago. I use Zidoo X9 to record from HDMI input and format file which I choose TS, because image and sound more clearly than MP4. When open in PC, VLC can open but other software encoding like Handbrake, Avidemux, cannot. How to solve this problem?

    Thanks for your answer

    UPDATE:
Finally, I can fix this problem, step by step:
    1. Reopen and save TS Files with DmMedia Converter

    2. Encoding by Handbrake

I asked the question over at the Handbrake forum, was suggested to try and program called VideoReDo.
Installed, tested and does the job well, and has the feature to edit.
    Free trial to download.

Here is a new log file of Handbrake after I ran the .ts file thru VideoRedo, Handbrake was able to decode file.

May assist if there is a problem/incompatible issue

VideoRedo supports only Constant Frame Rate movies, but the files recorded by X9 are at Variable Frame Rate.
When converting with videoredo, you will lost many frames.
You can convert the files recorded by the X9 with ffmpeg, it is what I do.
