Recording Error 268435556

    Hi Guys, what does this error mean? I get it when I try to record off of a generic CableOne HDMI box.
    During playback, the video says: 'Video Media Error Format Unsupport'

    Hi,Are you recording file format is "mp4", recording the time whether there is a normal exit, non-normal exit may lead to the problem you mentioned.Try to get "ts" file format.

    I can try that, but it will have to wait a few days. I just installed a new cable box and router and I haven't had time to hook everything up yet.

    I've found I have to press 'Record' about three times before it works. Any ideas why?
