Hi, Can anyone report if this box have PVR TV support in Kodi.? I'm looking to stream from my Vu+ Enigma box... I know it works with Kodi as I have it set up in Kodi via Apple TV 4.. I'd like to be able to set up one of these boxes and have 4K & 3D movies which my Apple TV doesn't offer... Cheers, Mort..
you can install normal kodi on it. Right now box comes with ZDMC that has custom code for passtrough. rest is kodi. if you don't need passtrough. Then official kodi works just fine, and you should be able to install any addon that works on kodi
zdmc is kodi 1.6 + custom code. Addons should still work on it, like normal kodi. Latest kodi ( 1.7) is betther to than 1.6. tho ( better UI, faster overall )
Just an update with this as I got my Zidoo x9s today.. PVR works perfectly... for reference I'm using.. VU+ Enigma PVR Addon Zidoo version of Kodi zGemma H2H cable tv box Mort..
The "VU+ Enigma PVR" is working with KODI? That is surprising. OK Enigma is also Linux based, but that this works surprises me. Very good PVR as I am using it since many years on my VU+ SAT-TV box. How do you install this?
