Hello! I have a zidoo x10 and have some problems. i`am running the latest firmware and i can start with youtube, after i checked some clips on youtube it hangs after 20 min or so, after that i have to restart youtube. If I watch a movie, there will always be an interruption when it is 10-30 mins left of the movie, its a pause for 10 sek and the screen goes blue, after that the movie starts again. For movies i have a usb 8tb usb drive, and for youtube i use a fiber connection 100Mbit Is anyone having these problems as well?
Surely sounds as a Internet/ISP problem. Have you done lengthy speed tests? How about 'ping' and/or traceroutes tests? Have you seen issues with your computer? How is the device connected; wired or wireless?
Maybe a FW reload or factory restore is needed? Does not sound right and definitely is not a common fault.
