Hey guys, I hope someone can help me out with this. I'm trying to install the F1 tv app for Android on my Zidoo. I downloaded the APK and installed it with a USB-stick. The problem is, after installing the app doesn't show up anywhere. It says the app is installed but its not in the list with apps. I'm probably doing something wrong but I'm not sure what. What am I missing here? Thanks.
Any news here, i have the exact same issue on my Z9xPro, only I installed directly from the appstore. I can start the app and use it normally, bu i have to first search for ot in the play store and open it from there, wich is pretty annoying....
many third party apps will require a third party launcher to start on these boxes. Look into installing something like Projectivy or Flauncher, they do not get in the way of the stock operation of the player, but they give you a customisable homescreen that makes third party apps much easier to use. I run Projectivy on my Z2600. keep in mind though, third party apps don't have full access to the video hardware, so things like auto frame rate switching will not work!
