Player led , tv led question

    Hi all.
    I have a new Sony oled tv and I heard that TV led is better than player led, but when I choose (TV LED) and play dolby vision movies it displays it in RGB 8 bits, and when on (Player LED) it's 12 bit bt2020? Which one to choose?

    TV Led uses HDMI tunneling to transport the 12-bit Dolby Vision signal in an 8-bit RGB container.
    Player Led processes the signal in the player and outputs in 12-bit without the need for an HDMI tunnel.

    Use whichever gives you a better image on your display.
