Occasional unpause automatically

So this is an issue I've seen a few times.

Occasionally, when pausing a video it auto resumes (unpauses) automatically within 10 seconds. This while the movie still shows the pause button (II) in the right down corner and the current time is also stopped but the video is playing.

As I say, this occurs very occasionally for seemingly no reason and will continue until a simple pause cures it and it's not repeatable.

Curious to know of anyone else who has seen this and see if we can find a reliable way of making it repeatable.

Try to pause a movie a couple of times (toilet visits, smoke a cigarette, grab some food) and wait 10 seconds. It does not happen often and it seems to have a relationship with the occasinal choppy playback (even the solution is the same by unpuasing it)
