Hi all, I am new to the forum. I have recently purchased the x6 pro and I connected everything as per instructions. I am getting constant reboots almost every 30 sec. I have even updated the firmware to 1.0.36. It came with 1.0.34 pre-installed. Has anyone had this issue. Please help
Hi: We have not encountered such a problem before. do you use X6 adaptera? because the device will reboot every 30 sec, and how do you flash the firmware?
Hi, I have used the adapter that come with the Zidoo X6. The firmware update was done through OTA usb. The Zidoo is no longer booting any more. The blue light is switched on but nothing is coming on the screen
Hi Spring, I tried reflashing as per method above however the zidoo x6 does not get detected in the flash tool. I can see faint blue light on the Zidoo but not getting detected on the computer. I installed generic driver as I have windows 10. Please help
Try to follow this procedure https://aubreykloppers.wordpress.com/2016/03/13/zidoo-x6-pro-v1-0-33-update-procedures-in-english/ (thanks to cyber7) , in case use the latest IMG file you can find. Then, if all is ok, do any OTA update up to the version of FW you want to use. Me too had some troubles to detect X6 from my PC (windows 10), but as in my signature, Google is your best friend, don't be lazy!
Thanks PacoRabanne, I tried the above method link and still no luck. The device is not getting detected under the flash tool. You mentioned that you had a lot of trouble getting X6 to detect on windows 10. How did you solve the issue. Your help will be greatly appreciated
1,Make sure you have installed the driver. 2, You'd better unplug all others USB device except x6pro before you do the work. 3,Try it on another computer.
Hello Freeroc, I have tried all the above on 3 different comp with no luck still. The device is not detected in factory tool. Please help
If you plug to a wrong USB port? the USB/OTG one is correct You should describe more details about your operation.
Hello Freeroc, Yes I am plugging into USB/OTG port and not into the USB port. Please also note that the zidoo x6 pro shows a faint blue light when connected to the USB/OTG port. There is no light any more when connected to power adapter
