    do all models of zidoo players after be powered on to be seen on the network, i have zidoo 3000 and that as to be powered on

    Yes - When powered down, the network card remains active in 10 base-T allowing for WOL magic packets to be recognised but the box needs to be powered on for anything else (at which point the network card switches to 1000 base-T).
