Netflix - Dolby Digital

    Is anyone able to get Netflix to play with Dolby Digital 5.1? Does not appear as a audio option on this app. Is it the app or the box?

    pls try Settings->Sound->AUDIO SETTINGS
    S/PDIF [RAW]

    Yes, I have tried both RAW and PCM. In fact I think RAW is the only way to get any Dolby Digital with any app. Are you able to get Netflix with Dolby Digital?

    Unused Netflix, but use the built-in player and kodi is can support Dolby Digital

    When I use Kodi with dolby digital, the sound stutters and it's not watchable. Do you have the same issue?

    Please tell me, you play what type of sources, I have played blu-ray ISO and BDMV, all right.

    All mkv,avi,mp4 don't work with dolby digital At all.

    Agreed, not even sure why it has a spdif out. The only thing I get dolby digital with is Archos player. Not enough. Really don't understand why it can't pass through for streaming files. It can't be that big of a fix.

    Try to change the audio track within Archos ... booom ;)

    As mentioned above I don't have an issue with getting Digital Audio through Archos. I can't get it to work on Netflix, XBMC etc.
