Netflix Audio On Start

  1. Hello , I just start using the new ZIDOO H6 Pro , the firmware are the last.
    When I start a video with netflix the audio not start until I put in pause the playback and start again it.
    Any suggestion to fix it.
    I use audio from HDMI on TV.

    Please tell us the firmware version, which is the source of the netflix play, thank you!

    The Expanse

  6. My first test are partial wrong .. Netflix are very slow and some time the problem not appear beacose the video start in pause mode and no in play. I not
    Tomorrow make a more complete test whith many video .
     
  7. Ok . The situation with the v1,0.10 beta firmware are this.
    Many netflix video like ( italian title: La Nebbia , Tredici , Start Trek , Lilo & Stick ) star with audio but the video are black or with the first frame , after a couple of seconds ( 15/20 ) the video start. The problem appears stargin new video or resuming already started video.

    During non video time also the osd time are frozen and not advance.
    I try Amazon Prime and work fine.
    I use a copper connection with adsl 7/10M
    If you need some other test please ask me.

    If you are not using luancher netflix, please uninstall before, try this, thank you!
     
  9. Hello. I try also a factory reset of box but the problem persist?
    You can replicate it? And then Fix?

    Hello, we reproduce the problem, when switching resolution will exist when this phenomenon, the problem has been submitted to the technical colleagues, thank you!

    hi, Just installed the latest firmware 1.0.13 and i have the same issue.

  16. Problem not solved in 1.10.13 , video start whitout audio , and to start it stop rewind and go are need.

    Please try to press the volume button on the right-top corner to see whether the audio is resumed.

  18. Yes this work ...but is not a good solution , with remote control is not easy and fast.
