Very simple answer: It is against the policy of Netflix, they just don't want media players to work HD with their service for whichever reason. The only exception is the Shield-TV player. Even with DRM L1 it won't work unless the brand/player is certified specifically (most Android TV's will work). So you are asking the wrong company (hammer Netflix instead). The SD version should work.
Hmm hope there's something we can do to get it working on the Z10, yes I went into this knowing Netflix would be an issue (I have an LG Smart TV that does 4K HDR Netflix very nicely) but I'd prefer it on the box if it's ever possible!
