Neo S display.... stopped working. Am i the only one?

My Neo S player front display stopped working. Factory reset did not help.
Touch function for the display is still active.
I've tried to open a service ticket with Zidoo but my email or filling the webform were not answered....
I am disappointed...

 

No advice from forum members or Zidoo.... It is not a good feeling... Not sure what to think right now...

 

You asked “am I the only one” and from the lack of replies it would seem that the answer is yes.

It has to be a hardware fault, possibly a loose ribbon cable or connector.

Personally I’d take the lid off and fiddle about but it’s probably best to contact whomever you bought it from, assuming it’s in warranty.

no loose ribbon or connector found.
I was just wondering if there's any way to engage Zidoo service dept. I 've tried but no response.
Maybe there's a replaceable part that I can order.

You could try service@zidoo.tv but my first call would be to the retailer you bought it from.
