Neo Alpha vs X9S + ES9038PRO Performance

Now I got X9S and an external dual ES9038Pro DAC. I use them to watch movies in 5.1 setup and listen to music with an AV receiver. I want to know if I replace them with a neo alpha, would there be noticeable differences on audio and video performance?

 

Audio probably not (using outboard DAC), video most definitely.

 

What about Z9X and Neo alpha? I see both video specs are the same, even GPU. So there would be no difference on video performance, is that right?

 

That's right - all boxes using the same SOC have the same video performance.
