NAS recommendation for Zidoo Z10 Pro

Congrats on the NAS purchase. Keep in mind that everything on your ethernet network path from the NAS to your Zidoo or Plex clients needs to be 1 Gigabit. If there's a single network switch or router or anything that's only 10/100, it won't be fast enough for high bit rate 4K.

The way to do the scraping switch without losing your matching is to use "Syncronise data from other source".
