Question about a lot of WEB-DL movies which have microstutters. Is there a workaround to fix the microstutters by remuxing the movie with specific settings or something else? Greetings.
Thnx for the input. I read al the comments on the firmware 2.0.15 page, but there are other (subtitle) problems what you get when you downgrade, and some problems are fixed with this new firmware update.
Yes, this is the downside. You have to decide if you are affected by the fixes that were introduced in 2.0.25 / 2.0.34 / 2.1.14 / 2.1.19 beta and if those are more important for you than the WEB-DL stutter. For me I chose the the first option and since not every WEB-DL is affected (only the small and very compressed ones) and I just try to avoid it if I can. No, its the player. Others play it well:
It seems all the realtek 1295 soc's has this stutter problem. I've heard the new 1296 soc seems to handle the WEB-DL files better.
Can we see the problem of a WEB-DL file with a tool like: Mediainfo? A wrong framerate or something? Or is it a bad encoding? Maybe it can be fixed manualy with changing the fps with mkvtoolnix or tsmuxer?
Yes, 3DBuff already tried several methods, partially successful. Start here and have an eye on the following posts: http://forum.zidoo.tv/index.php?thr...3-0-upgrade-to-3-1-8.12094/page-15#post-79478 I haven't tried it myself, because I simply play problematic files directly with my Smart-TV + ARC to AVR instead of the Zidoo.
