    Hi,
I just got my Z20 pro and I am confused.
I have all of my movies on my poster wall and after
I power off and back on again the poster wall is gone.
    What am I doing wrong?
    thanks

Maybe I misunderstood, but after powering ON again the Z20, simply move the cursor to HT (Home Theatre) on the main screen and click to open it.

I do that and there aren’t any posters.

I have to go to settings “Library” and restore and they are back.

I have my movies on a NAS.

    Thanks.

This isn't normal - probably need a few more details.

For instance, you say you use "Restore" - that's only for restoring a previously saved database backup file (eg. BACKUP-20241107-120525.ztb).

So are you saying that in order to restore the posters, you have saved a backup and then navigate to it and select it from "Restore"?

Yes. When I added my NAS and scanned it I then backed it up. It was all working until I powered off

And back on again. Then I had to do a restore to get the poster wall back again.

    Thanks

If you power off then on again and go to the Sources screen (below), what do you see? Can you post a screenshot?

I will have to wait until I get home.
