Internet do not work after change from dhcp to manual ip adress

Dear friends.
I do not like to use dhcp at home so I reserved one ip adress for X9S but after select Manual Ip adress and configured gateway and dns in advanced configuration I can not surf on internet.

If i come back to dhcp ithe internet works again.

Ant idea?

 

I use assignation of ip via mac address on my router it is simple and your device will always have the same ip even when reseting. Lan or WiFi?

I agree with you but i think there is a bug because this is not normal

 

Sometimes I had problem with network because those firmware are near telephone one, try to activate wifi and restart, stop wifi... My X9 wont get ethernet if wifi not activate?????

We set like this is fine.

IP Address: 192.168.11.100 (your IP)
Network prefix length: 24
Geteway : 192.168.11.1 (your IP)
DNS 1 Server:8.8.8.8 (your want dns)
DNS 2 Server:114.114.114.114 (your want dns)
