How to start again

I would like to wipe the system and start fresh to many weird and wonderful things are happening.
what is the procedure recommended for a clean and fresh start on Zidoo X9

"setting -- factory reset" or press reset then boot,It will be enter recovery menu.then wipe data

 

I gather you mean system settings, backup and reset and reset TV....Never had to do this part before. ok
Hold reset then power on, operation failed with that one.

This navigation system on the Zidoo is bizarre, should consider an option for the dull and boring type as well
