do you know if there is a video showing how to open this box? I removed the feet and the 2 screws but the cover won't come off

You remove the screws from the bottom but it's the top that comes off (not the bottom). The easiest way to pop it off is open the hard drive door and push it up from the inside.

My z10 fan failed. I opened the case as described above. I bought the right fan, but the ziddo fan connector fell apart when I tried to pull it out. It's no problem, IF I know the pinout. Does anyone know which pin is ground? 5V? TC? at the ziddo board end?

It should say on the board - Looking at a Z9X motherboard (don't have a Z10) there are 4 pins - PWM, IN, 5V and Gnd.

PWM and IN are used for speed control.
