HomeTheater - "See" TV series not being recognized

Hi,
See (2019) TV series is always on unrecognized section.
Obviously I tried manually select in all options, the search found the series however it was not saved.

I tried renaming the files:
See.S02E05.1080p
See.2019.S02E05.1080p

Nothing....

Any help is appreciated

And HT4 found it first scan.

Which HT version do you use?

 

I think it was v4.1.20

 

I'm in the last version 4.069 with FW version 2.3.60

I installed the last beta firmware an dgot HomeTheater V4.1.20.
It was still not recognize, however manual re-match worked

 

You must put all the episodes from all the seasons in the main folder of the TV Show. If you use a season folders structure, the automatic scan will fail most of the time and you will have to use the batch edition.

Did you try with the release date in the name of the episodes?

This is what I use for my TV Series. 100% with the automatic scan.

Hi, i'm on the latest firmware 2.3.80 with HT v4.1.20. I don't know why these few days my HT did not memorise the movies that i watched halfway. It didn't show up on the top part of HT like it used to be on the next day. i'm not sure if it is due to new firmware or new HT version. Anybody has any clue?

 

After a few days observation, i think it's back to normal. No idea why.
