[Help Z9X] status "Up" then "Hello"

Yes i rename it to install img

 

Now still logo on screen, if plug usb, it will automatic instal...... No need press reset button

 

So going back to the beginning - what happened to trigger this problem?

 

Everything normal....when start up, suddenly only logo on screen...
On zidoo : up & hello

I try to factory reset, but nothing happen (already follow every step)

I try flashing with (without framework) usb... Success but no youtube apps....

I try reflashing (with google framework) usb... Success but a few hours later...

Back again only zidoo logo & now looping install...

When i plug usb, no need press reset button, it automatically install...

 

So now it is looping, was that after flashing with or without Google?

 

After with google....

Now both looping...

Any other flashing method ???

 

Yes there is, but you need to solder a UART to the motherboard.

But I've never seen the symptoms you describe.

 

When did you buy it? and where from?

 

September 2020, indonesia (from online market)

 

So it is still in warranty - maybe worth emailing the supplier.
