Hard disk 20 tb

    If I connect a 20TB hard disk, is it recognized?

    Hi everyone, I wrote to support, this is their response:
    Hello. Sir
    The suggestion for the maximum storage hard drives is 16TB.
    18TB, 20TB, 22TB hard drive also can work with zidoo player, but someone ever report us that one whole folder was missing from his 18TB, 20TB, 22TB hard drive, which was in or work with zidoo player.
    For your files safty, hard disk partitioning If your hard drive more then 16TB will be a good idea.
    The maximum single hard disk partition is 16TB, the minimum is 2TB.

    My English is not very good. They say 16TB is the guaranteed limit, but 18TB, 20TB and 22TB can also work. It's correct?

    They recommend 16TB as a maximum but if you have a larger one, they recommend that you partition it.

    For example, if you have a 20TB hard disc you can partition it into two 10TB partitions.
