Is there any detailed guide on how to update firmware? My device info is for 1.4.4, however, I read that newer ones are out.

Thank you for your prompt response. All I need to know if there is an official guideline of updating firmware (ie., via USB, Wifi, etc.) Also I need to know which is the most stable firmware to update to. Thanks again!
