Framerate display format

    Hi,

    @mirror , could you display an accurate framerate value in the movie info screens pls Screenshot_20210811-174451.png Screenshot_20210811-174459.png ?

    I know what you mean, but since the output mode is not a measurement, shorthand makes more sense to me.

    59.940 is really 60000/1001 to 3 decimal places but the actual output value is usually clocked around 59.931. This is true of most devices and as long as the frame rate is slightly short, it's fine (it's when the rate exceeds 60000/1001 or 24000/1001 that problems arise) hence the shorthand of 59Hz or 4K59 (or 23Hz or 4K23) - because although the file may be 60000/1001 (or 24000/1001) the output isn't.

    Hope I've not over complicated that ;)
