I recently bought an Eversolo DMP-A6 but I can't get it to connect to the phone app. No mater what I do I get the error "Connection error, please check if the media payer and the phone are in the same LAN". When I first got it I hooked it up through the ethernet connection & the unit played fine using the touch screen. I then installed the phone app (iPhone) & it connected. Then shut it down & unplugged it & installed the SSD. When I hooked everything back up, it would not connect through the phone app. The player still worked through the touch screen but every time I tried to connect the phone app I would get the same error message. I tried repeatedly while connected though wifi & ethernet. It is on the same LAN & the same SSID. I even moved both to the same guest network, didn't help. I deleted & reinstalled the phone app multiple times. I did a factory reset of the unit. I moved the wifi base station to where it had a clear line of site between it the Eversolo & my phone. I rebooted my phone repeatedly. At every point the unit would play using the touch screen, it just won't connect through the phone. I don't want to return it, it sounds great but I need to be able to use the phone app. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
