Hi I had several posters with missing clear logos I downloaded a png logo for a movie (and saved it as 1917 (2020)-clearlogo.png) However the logo displays the white chequered background, even though it is a transparent background Loading screen displays it correctly however also is there a central location where all the clearlogo is stored ? (I see a lot of .hometheatre folders created, but none of full collection of logos ) any advice appreciated!
My guess is you downloaded a PNG-8 file rather than PNG-24. Try the attached. Unless you use local assets, ClearLogos are only downloaded as needed, but once downloaded they're cached in the Logos directory in .HomeTheatre so over time that folder will fill up with downloaded ClearLogos.
thank you for this once I uploaded your one to my movie folder, how do i remove the cached incorrect one ? I can’t find 1917 in any .hometheatre folders thanks again !
You won't find it in .HomeTheatre, that's only for downloaded assets. I think you may need to rescan the source.
