    But do not understand how the new beta firmware always comes out on z9x?
    For the z1000 pro, the v 6.3.6.5 does not yet exist.

    It's really simple - Z9X is always released first for first line testing.

    Other models follow once it is deemed stable. It's always been like this.

    A good example was v6.3.65 which was released on Z9X, found to be unstable an immediately pulled from the forum before being built for the other boxes.

    Current version is v6.3.66 and other box versions will follow shortly.

    I am guessing that Z9X is the most basic device, a core of other devices.
