Brightness changing on Sony OLED A8H HDR10 content only Z9X

Yes subtitle colours are correct

 

As @Tuta mentioned, it seems the colours are shuffled around when Dolby Vision is used.

 

With DV modes, my PGS subtitles change to bright green while watching Titanic, some other movies blue or pink. But only a few though, most other movies are fine. Not necessarily related to this thread’s issue though, just sharing.

I have the same problem with subtitle colors on my Oled Screen (LG B1) in Dolby Vision on Zidoo Z9x.
The red is yellow, the green is purple, the blue is dark purple, the yellow is green ...
Did anyone find a solution ?

The same (brightness is pulsing for a few seconds when changing scenes) happens with the same .ts file on my Z9X as well, but when I play it directly on my LG C8, there is no pulsing, the brightness is even.

 

Check if change from TV logo luminance adjustment(control) helps.
Between I have some 2160p SDR ts which Zidoo report are HDR in HT 4.0 and play with HDR to SDR picture mapping.
Changing container from ts to mkv with MKVToolNix fixed so give a try and check if problem are still present.
