Bluetooth not visible anymore

I have been using Bluetooth of my A8 to listen to a particular app of my phone. But since 2 days ago is not visible anymore to be paired nor connected. Has anyone experienced this before? The chipset seems to work fine since the remote controller works ok via BT.

 

I suspect your phone. I use BT on my phone with several audio devices and it oftens goes wonky. Restarting my phone usually corrects it.

 

No, I've tried to pair many devices, phones, tablets, PC's and none of them finds A8 to pair. I tried also a factory reset and it still the same.

 

As a workaround I connect an external Bluetooth with optical cable, but I would prefer internal BT

 

same thing happened to mine. No device shows a8 as an option anymore

 

I confirm, version 1.4.32 does not allow any device to see the player via bluetooth.

 

1.4.70 - it's ok.

 

Hi all, does the bluetooth issue persist? If so, please tell me the FW version.
