Blue and yellow screen

    Hello guys,

    I have been using my new X20 since sunday and i am very happy with it. I have installed the new firmware version 2.3.32 since the device came with an really old version. The only problem i have with my X20 is, that sometimes my screen is completely blue and yellow and the only way to solve this problem is to turn the device off and rest upload_2020-7-22_8-57-38.png art it again. This problem occurs randomly, because sometimes i don't have a problem when i start the x20. Could it be that there is some kind of defect or might this be a firmware problem ?

    My first guess is the HDMI cable. Did you try another one yet?

    Do agree here, look at the cables first. Happens with 4K/HDR mostly then for sure it is the cable/connectors.

    I already used another cable, but unfortunately it doesn't solve the problem.

    You are putting 2x HDD into it? Maybe it is a temperature problem? When using a 3.5 inch HDD inside you need to put the fan on High.
    See my review for UHD2000 for that aspect.
