Black screen

Every time i do something with the zidoo x6 i get a black screen for 2 seconds,it does not matter if i play a movie or on the web or something else it Always comes up,can you please fix this ?

 

Maybe a screen resolution change, even not explicit? If so, is NOT an issue.

 

I have the same problem , zidoo seems to loose signal.
The screen goes black for about 2 sec , doesent matter what app is in use, happends even on homescreen.

I have tested different hdmi cables with no luck .

Besides of this little anoying thing the the zidoo player Rocks hard :-

I´m on firmware 1.0.40

 

Same problem for my Zidoo X6 pro. Its going black screen for 2 secs and turning normal. I tried to many different options for it. Changes TV, HDMI cable, Firmware, etc. There is no fix yet. You guys did u find any fix for that problem?

 

I did everything still get that 2 second black screen,i'm wondering if the other zidoo android boxes have the same issue.

 

Call Zidoo for warranty.

 

The automatic switching was off,so it is another problem.

 

This is the only thing that disturb me , IT doesent happends så often so I can live With it but would Realy Love a fix.
As I Said before this device realy rocks.

 

There is not one single thing that rocks on X6.

Because warranty refusal from Zidoo. I'm stuck with this crappy box. Allways nice to see you and your fantastic experience with Zidoo boxes on CRT TV. Everything is fine, right? How much did you pay for X9?
