black screen

    hey folks can someone help me, just got my new x9s today and tried the software upgrade. Now all I got is a black screen,nothing going on.... tried turning the unit off, no difference. need help thanx

    Was it good running before you update the firmware?
    And whether the LED light be lighten when it appears black screen on TV.

    OK downloaded the VERSION:V1.2.4 to my desk top. Then to my clean usb stick and followed the instruction for install. Seem to crash at the point of reboot

    I had my unit pluged in for about 10 minutes prior to the update. the screen is black with a bit of flickering

    Do you saw the boot logo?Can you try change another TV?

    It can be long.... Try wait 5 minutes or more.

    This is the way to reset the device.... The only thing left is to download again and apply.

    Huh that's weird, so you are saying that it does boot and you hear the sounds when switching apps but screen is black? So mayb you have some wrong display settings?
