I just got a Z20 Pro, and have never (knowingly) used android or zidoo in my life. I'm a mac/ios guy. There's practically no info from zidoo (that I can find) to help newbies get up and running to stream from a NAS (Synology). I currently have a plex server on my synology NAS, which I've been using infuse and plex on Apple TV up until now. Any links/tips for me? I'm struggling to get even a bluetooth keyboard to connect! Frustrating... I used the media player app to play a 4k mkv... looks good. Altho the audio sync got messed up by skipping through the video a bit--but it recovered if i backed out and restarted playing the video. Still need to figure out how to play a movie/video without having to select the SMB folder and select the video file to play directly. I guess that would be the poster app (to get that nice plex/netflix-like movie poster selection screen)...? Thanks!
And... Home Theater 4.0 doesnt seem to want to recognize any of my ripped mkvs from my 4K blu-rays. It comes up with 0 matches. I'm assuming I now have to rename the files for it to match/recognize them? Plex handles the files no problem... :-\
