Hey, where do you guys find trailers to download for your movies to be able to use local trailers?

Altternatively, at the on-the-fly default ones that MoviePoster use, cached somewhrre or streamed eveyrime?

    hd-trailers.net requires an apple account?
    www.davestrailerpage.co.uk/ is not even loading

I guess I will try youtube... but can't download them to my pc from YouTube.
using the "download" button just saves them in youtube

Trailer Addict is no longer a reliable source because of this stupid unsupported video thing.

    I used to use this:

    https://www.youtube.com/@TrailersPlaygroundHD/videos

    and occasionally this:

    https://www.hd-trailers.net/

But now, I mostly, and most reliably, use this:

    https://www.rottentomatoes.com/

    using Chrome with this add-on:

    https://chromewebstore.google.com/detail/video-downloader-plus/njgehaondchbmjmajphnhlojfnbfokng

    Thanks.
But I realised that downloading trailers (maybe even multiple ones) for each of my movies is going to take quite some time..haha
The default streaming option seems to work for most of my movies, it just takes 3-10 seconds for them to start

Hmm videodownloader plus does not identidy the video format...
But I found another way :)

Doesn't take as long as you think - when this feature was first added I just hacked away at it as a little project on and off for a few days and soon had them all downloaded (400 or so).

Once that's done it's obviously child's play to add a trailer as you add more movies. You get the trailer or trailers you want in the quality you want and they start immediately.

It's weird, that quite a few of the "big" high rated movies doesn't have a trailer on rottentomatoes.. but maybe because some of them are "old"

Odd - I used to use trailer addict until it stopped working (never figured out why, just moved on...) with Trailers Playground as a backup, and now Rotten Tomatoes with Trailers Playground as backup.

Don't think I've come across one that wasn't on RT since I started using them, but as I say, Trailer Playground are pretty good too - I use JDownloader to grab stuff from Youtube since obviously Chrome plugins won't let you!
