I had an issue with playback just pausing, sometime it restarted but other times just stopped. Also my in settings my ethernet network speed was 100 Mbps and not 1 Gbps - so I saw judders with high bit rate UHD blurays. I replaced the ethernet patch cable between the Zidoo and my router and the problem went away. The moral is always double check connections. Oh and don't use WiFi!

Don't think this can be overstated. Very old or degraded patch cords are more common than you'd expect.

Is your Zidoo connected to a AVR or straight to a TV? Some TV's can't pass through DTS.

It has been more than 7 days since I last interacted with Zidoo support team regarding 3D not supported issue, despite sharing EDID logs, haven't heard from the team since then .
Anyone can suggest me how to fix 3D not supported issue?
    Please!

My TV supports DV but why its showing TV-LED when I have set it to LLDV-LED?

Are you sure the TV supports Player Led DV?

How am I supposed to know that?
My LG OLED supports DV that is what I know.
Now I want Z9X pro to handle DV content so I have set it on LLDV DV(player-LED) but it still shows TV-LED, Why is it so?

Since you have both devices Zidoo Z9X pro and NVidia Shield pro, which one is better for handling 1080p content? Better with upscaling? I think Shield pro has AI upscaling feature which does better job, doesn't it?

Strange - I have an LG C2 and always have set on the default TV Led. So changed it over to Player led and it changed just fine - output on test DV video showed "3840x2160P @ 25Hz 12 Bits BT2020 DV"

Very odd - not sure what that could be, but it's probably Window's fault...

OS of my laptop is win11. I also tried this on the other laptop (win10). Also on the tablet (Android). Always the same thing: Connection Refused.

No one playbacks 3D on Z9X pro?
    Anybody encounter such issue?

I had heard Zidoo is best for playing 3D mkvs n even ISOs but unfortunately its not even detecting frame packed 3D.
