DMP-A6 stays on safe mode

Hi! Has anyone any tips, how to get rid of a safe mode? I somehow started it in safe mode, and now it stays that way, what ever I do. So no apps can be used. Thanks!

 

Tried a Factory reset?

 

Yes I did, it had no effect. I then thought that since it is android based, maybe pressing power button longer, while powering up gets it to some state, I could choose operating mode, but no success with it either.

 

There is no emergency flash loading procedure yet for Eversolo DMP-A6. At least not known to me.
Ask Eversolo/Zidoo or your shop for help is all I can come up with now.

 

Zidoo team can check through your MAC address if I’m not mistaken, try contacting @mirror directly.

 

We will investigate it when we return to the office on Monday. Have you connected any third-party keyboards?

Would be easy to read from last page 4 because its all kind of confusing.

 

Hi! No keyboards connected, There are USB dac, USB CD-drive, GB Ethernet cable and power cord. And also 1TB SSD. When safe mode first appeared, there was also optical output cable connected, but I removed it later.

 

Hi have you tried to remove the ssd and restart the unit you can always install it after the test

 

No, I haven't, since SSD has been there all the time, so it's not causing the safe mode. But I probably will.

Harmo what firmware version are you on now?

 

If I remember correctly, it is v1.1.74. I can't check it right now.
