I use DVDFab to back up UHD disk to iso (full disc). There is no problem using Zidoo 1000 pro to just play the iso files but when open the iso using "play with blue ray menu", the movie freeze up after a while. Is this a fault with Zidoo? Thanks,
It’s a issue with the player. BD menus don’t work with UHD discs (wether iso or folder structures)at this time. BD menus work for some HD titles, but in general are problematic. Direct play does work for most HD and some UHD titles. BD menus still need more development.
Can't confirm that. ISO's work in all formats. http://forum.zidoo.tv/index.php?thr...problems-fw-v6-3-2-no-feature-requests.84836/ A few procent give troubles when played with BD menu and UHD with DV does not play with BD Menu at all for now but will play then with HDR10 instead. Without menu they all should just play fine. I use since many years ImgBurn to create them from folders.
I agree with Nice Monkey, just a guess maybe your iso file has a problem or not. Does it freeze before the BDmenu for example at the 6th or 7th second on the VFD ?
