Notice on the Temporary Unavailability of Qobuz Connect Functionality

    To users who participated in the Qobuz Connect beta test:

    Due to the fact that the latest beta version of the Qobuz app no longer supports the existing SDK version in our devices, the Qobuz Connect feature will be temporarily unavailable starting from March 20th.

    We fully understand that this may cause inconvenience to your usage, and we sincerely apologize for any disruption this may cause.

    Currently, our development team is working diligently to create a version that incorporates the latest Qobuz Connect SDK. We anticipate releasing this update by April 2nd. Once the update is available, users who participated in the Qobuz Connect beta test will be able to resume normal usage.

    In the meantime, you can still use the native QOBUZ music service feature on your Eversolo device.

    Qobuz Connect is now released fully. However the Eversolo is no longer seen by it, as it was on the beta. Will it need a new update to work with the final release @Zidoo Support-Kim ?

    A reboot of the A8 and it’s working ok again.

    Thanks to you I now have Qobuz Connect. Yay. I did have to delete the Qobuz app and redownload it.

    Yes, it works on the latest version of Qobuz : )

    I have been a beta tester and even though Qobuz Connect has been publicly released I fairly often get a glitch at the beginning of a new track .it is not a sampling rate change .

    I have reported this numerous times.

    anyone else getting this ?. I should say it’s on playlists I have in Qobuz .

    Vers. 8.6.1.1 Qobuz App on my Android Phone and Tablet. Qobuz connect does not work!

    Isn`t it the latest version?

    Version 9.0 is the public release on my iphone. Im guessing its being rolled out to Android soon.

    Yes, for Android currently only Google Cast is working. As a non apple user, you can also try the windows desktop app, which supports now Qobuz Connect...

    yes, also for me; it's not really gapless.
    For me Qobuz connect is only a gimmick, because I'm using primarily Roon or sometimes Lyrion...

    Yes, in windows on pc there is the DMP-A6 recognized as a device for qobuz connect. But it doesn`t play anything. Other listed devices do play.

    Mmh, for me the DMP-A6 Gen2 plays fine with it:

    Before if started it, the Qobuz app had become an update, I had to make a relogin and also the windows firewall had to accepted new rules.

    Same here. But nothing plays on A6. All other devices do.

    For testing I would at first disable the firewall and restart your eversolo.

    I did all these things already. As I said, all devices play. DMP-A6 plays not. It is detected with the correct mac adress, also the kHz are displayed correct. But nothing can be played with qobuz connect from win10 pc.

    Here's what i have found out. I tried one Eversolo wired and one wireless and they both have glitches(cutout) sometimes at beginning of the next track. Annoying and its as if the sampling rate is changing
    but there is no sample rate change.

    I next went to my Wiim Pro Plus and played the same playlists . NO glitches at all .No problems.

    So there is a problem with the Qobuz Connect implementation with Eversolo .

    Yes I have noticed the glitches to and it’s not gapless when it should be.

    This is not happening with the Wiim Streamer I have. Well hopefully Eversolo will get this fixed.

    The same thing happens here. Often short interruptions at the beginning of new pieces
