Hi just bought a DMP-A6 gen 2 hocked to my MSB Analog Dac and if i change to frequently in tidal to different track that have different bitrate and or khz the eversolo get silent no music coming out even if it is playing . note i hade also a zedoo z9x 8k hocked via usb and never had a problem........ i wanted a display and a dedicated device but i m thinking to send it back .....
Do you usually listen to your music like this...? I mean, frequently changing tracks with different resolution? Find something and listen; do not stress the Android core... Just my 2c. P.S. Don´t get mad at me... it's just unusual, that's it. The unit is fantastic per se.
no i mean just changing track also when they finish in playlist ( u can have different resolution in a playlist) . anyway i found that the MQA was the problem even if my dac can MQA ( worked perfectly when i had Roon ) . but well i disabled the MQA on Eversolo and since Tidal does not use it anymore i m ok so. I just could not understand what wa the problem but it seem now MQA without enabling it in the eversolo everything is smooth and fine
I’m using Qobuz into an denafrips ares 2 via usb and do not have this problem. Resolutions shifts don’t cause any issues.
