ziui tile has stopped?

Hi, my Zidoo X9 is showing an error message on boot-up (but not always). "Unfortunately, ZIUI Tiles has stopped."

Any help/ideas please?

Mine has just started doing it as well, it's what we should expect after no updates for over a year

 

Did you solve this? Mine is doing that always, and so I can no longer use it.
