    Hi everybody.

    - I still have some problems with video image since buying this device (Z9S). Youtbe works fine

-I tried the settings shown in another section of this forum and still can't achieve normal picture quality..
    • It is impossible to achieve a clear image in the video, either foggy or grained.
    • Black is green in some scenes, not black.

    Tested on two TVs :
    • TLC & Thomson 4K + HDR10, port HDMI 2.0
    • HDMI cable :
    • I tried 3 different cables (Received with the box, the Zidoo label, and two HDMI premium cetified + chroma)
    • Tested factory reset and different versions of Firmware, the same result.
    • I tired ZDMC, VLC player.

I have the following image settings :
(The image is either very black or there is a lot of fog. Visually it looks like 6bit, not 10Bit).

    Video UHD@4K 2160p results:

    Now I have the configuration:
(but I tried all the different combinations)
    - HDMI range : 16-235 (limited range)
    - HDR10
    - Color : Auto
    - 4K @2160 60Hz + auto frame for video.

    - I really do not understand that ATV at half price has a much more accurate and clear picture.
Is it a feature or a defective device?

Either the film is filled with fog or is very grained.
    Zidoo test video 1080p :

(On another ATV, the same films on the same TV work fine. This problem is only with the Z9S.
My second ATV box (S905X + Mali 450) have a sharper and more vivid picture, I do not understand where the problem)

Thank you in advance for any advice from experienced users and for any help or suggestion.
    Thank you.
