I purchased a Zidoo Z2600 a week ago. I received the unit on 10/19/2023. After getting everything setup to my liking during several days of setup and testing the unit will not power up. I shut down the unit went to lunch and came back on 10/26 and noticed the unit will not turn on. I tried unplugging,-replugging, tried a different power cord. I even tried to reset the unit nothing. I looks like the unit did not last a week. I sent an email to support.zidoo.com and futeko.com is where I purchased it but have not gotten a reply. Now all I have is a brick. I hope Futeko.com can get me a replacement unit asap. I really like the unit but if this the best they can do. PM
