I just received my Zidoo Z10 Pro and have inserted a Hard drive with blu-ray films that have been cloned to iso files using DVDFab software. The Pro reads the file folders and the source shows that the iso file is located and the movie info is displayed but on selecting playback I get the message at the bottom of the screen "Can't Play Video." This happens for all videos. Very disappointed as iso files are supposed to be supported. Is there a way to fix this?
