I bought a ZIDOO X9s two months before and worked fine. Yesterday, after a power off,(by means the main power switch), was the device stopped on the request of an "unknown" access pin. I never protected the Zidoo with a PIN Code, so I don't know which are the Pin numbers to digit. I tryed with 0000, 00000,10234,1234,12345 ect., but without result. I think that a factory reset will solve the problem, but the next time I need to switch off the device, I will have the same problem.
