Hello, I have zidoo x9s which has firmware#1.4.12 installed after i shut down device from remote control it's opening back one minute later. is there any setting or configuration in order to avoid this issue? I have zidoo x9s and i've tried to upgrade firmware version from 1.4.12 to 1.4.16 via OTA, upgrade was finished and device resetted, i saw hello sign on device screen and zidoo logo on tv screen but then screen blacked and it did not display anything,device showed the time at that time, i switched of and on hdmi cable a few times but it only shows mixed colors and lines, than i've downgraeded the version via OTA back i noticed that on HDMI settings it selected vs 2.0 when firmware 1.4.12 installed , additionally my tv does not supported 4k , is it effeck anything? Can you help me plese?
