Hi，Zidoo team,here are my issues： My version of the Firmware is 1.2.11 Issues description: Issue 1: If the Zidoo X9Splay videoswhich is relatively large, such as 45GB video file,in LAN(NAS),is not smooth. Fomat details of one video is in the bottom of this POST. Here are some helpful informations: 1) The videos are all on the NAS server using SMB protocol,which support uptoGIGABIT LAN.I have tested copy-speed between the NAS and Zidoo X9S ,upto 20MB/Sor more, using another file manager.(For details, see the appendix:IMG_7937.JPG); 2) I tried to copy the video toan external disk,and play this video by USB3.0 of the Zidoo X9s.it works well,smoothly playbacking; 3) In the same LAN,also using this NAS,other TV boxplayed the same videosmoothly before; 4) if video size is less than 20GB, also in this LAN, Zidoo X9s works well too; According to the mentioned, it maybe the reading and writing speed problem of the Zidoo X9S machine itself disposing large area of video. How should I solve it? Issue 2: when I Copy a large video from the NAS to external disk of Zidoo X9S by USB3.0 ,such as 45GB video file, using Filemanager of firmware v1.2.11,there is no copy progress,and thecopy-speed is only lower than 6MB/Scalculated by myself with copying file size and the time lossed..(For details, see the appendix:IMG_7935.JPG), But I have installed another File manager in Zidoo X9S, which copying-speed isupto 20MB/S or more.(For details, see the appendix:IMG_7937.JPG). According to the mentioned, it maybe the reading and writing speed problem of the Zidoo X9S Filemanager of firmware v1.2.11. How should I solve it?
