I buy Zidoo X9S and try to connect to my NAS (Synology) when I input username and password I can connect and play movie but when I come to play the movie from my NAS again I can't play and connect to my NAS. I must restart my Zidoo and can play and connect to my NAS.
The Problem is not the X9s, the problem is, too little information about your system and your IP settings include router. I have a syno 414j and its run very good.
My NAS setup correct not have problem with other player device I check explorer app in zidoo This app have problem with my NAS. I can enter to my NAS only first time after boot zidoo. And than when I enter to my NAS again it show UNKNOW ERROR. I download ES Explorer to enter my NAS. It don't have any problem
Then you have a problem with an app from zidoo, but not with the hardware. from which app did you speak, mediacenter, zdmc, or fileexplorer ?????
