Zidoo X9S detection problem

Hi

I have problem with Zidoo X9S detection by my TV. Both TV and Zidoo are plugged in power strip. If I turn it on via power strip’s physical button (so both TV and Zidoo start same time), everything works fine and Zidoo is immediately detected by TV.

But if I turn the TV off (with remote control, power strip remains powered) and turn it on after some time (with remote control), Zidoo is not detected by TV (TV message says no HDMI input signal). All this time Zidoo remains plugged in power strip (display is showing right time), however it shows no reaction to its remote contol or air mouse. The only solution to make Zidoo working is turning off and immediately turning on with power button on the back of the device. After this Zidoo is detected and works normal.

Any solution for such issue?

Information:

TV Samsung UE49KS700

Zidoo firmware – tried both 1.2.11 and 1.2.12

Air mouse plugged – Rii mini i25

 

do you have all CEC options off ? ( in box and also in tv settings ?)

 

I've tried both variants. Problem remains

 

Small update - i have received multiple confirmations that such Zidoo problems occur with Samsung TVs of 6000 and 8000 series.
