Hello ; I have bought an x7 month ago. I connected it via usb 3.0 to a Seagate HDD (500 gb) . I am experiencing trouble when I want to watch movies with type avi. I have also tried the built-in media player but it tries to connect media player, cuts the movie, and direct the screen to the media player page where you can see the hdd includings. This could be any time , after 5 min or 45 min . Also audio is troubled. During watching suddenly there was no sound. I have tired same movie files with an x9 device . no problem. Can lease inform me about the reason and solution ? what shouldi do for non-roblematic movie experience with the device ? Is there a new version ? Regards
